Chinese Culinary Idioms

In Chinese Cuisine, cooking is a very subjective art; there are no definite quantities of  any ingredient, nor any exact time limite for coking any recipe. We encourage you to develop all of this personally, through trial and error. We have listed the basic information for the preparation of all dishes, as well as the ingredient involed, however we encourage you to revise according to your own taste. In order that you may further understand the practice, we give the signaficant points and explain some expressions, used often in Chinese cooking.
