Deep Fyring is to immerse the food in deep  hot oil. Prepare the material for frying, first the food must be soaked in the presecribed sauce, then it must be covered with the proper flour mixture.
There should be plenty or contains much water, the of oil in the pan; enough oil should not occupy more to cover the material, than 60% of the pan, so. However if the material that the oil will not splash to be fried, is very juicy out.
First boil the oil; remove the pan from the fire and when the oil has cooled to medium temperature, insert the material into pan. Replace the pan over medium heat and cook until near-tender. Then turn heat to high and cook over high heat until done. This seals the flavour and ensure that the material will be completely cooked and crispy on the outside.
All material put into the oil together, at the same time, must be removed at the same time, to maintain uniformilty. To cook food on each side until golden, in a little bit of oil.
