Ingredients
300 g horse-radish (the bottled variety)
2 metric cups finely chopped mint leaves
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 metric cup wine vinegar
Salt to taste
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
2 red chillies, slit
Method
Bring all ingredients to boil in a saucepan. Drop in slit chillies. Serve with Stuffed Tomatoes and Shrimps and Roast Sirloin.
