Ingredients
6 red chillies
6 shallots
6 limes (limau kesturi)
1 ripe tomato
4 tbsp cincalok
6 tbsp thick coconut cream (optional)

Method
Pound the chillies, shallots and tomato coarsely. Add lime juice, cincalok and coconut cream. Mix well.
