Ingredients

maraschino cherries
1 cup pineapple, cubed
1/2 cup prunes, chopped
1/2 cup Chinese pear, cubed
1/2 cup orange, cubed
1/2 cup apple, cubed
1 cup rambutans, chopped
1 slice lemon
Grated lemon rind
1 cup boiled water
4 tbsp castor sugar

To serve

Mix all fruit together, squeeze lemon juice from slice over fruit, stir in rind. Dissolve castor sugar in water and pour over. Chill. Hallow out one half of a pineapple, fill with mixed fruit. Serve with ice cream and fresh cream.
