Ingredients
1 cup honey
1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
90g (3oz) butter, or substitute
125g (4 oz) roasted peanuts
250g (8oz) raisins
Method
Combine honey, sugar, butter in saucepan, and stir over low heat until sugar has dissolved. Increase the heat and boil gently for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add peanuts and chopped raisins and mix well. Put teaspoonfuls of the mixture into paper patty cases and leave to set. Makes approx.
