Ingredients
- 600 g long grain rice (washed and drained)
- 150 g Chinese sausage sliced diagonally to 1 cm thick pieces
- 300 g waxed duck (cut in small pieces)
- 1 chicken stock cube
- Water to cook rice
- 2 cm young root ginger (cut into julienne strips)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 6 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Garnish: Fried sliced shallots, Chinese celery, slices of red chili.
